A room adjacent to the living room and also communicating through the balcony will allow you to wake up by admiring the sun rising directly from the bed.
Another small room ideal for one person with a single bed will complete the apartment.
And finally a shower room with toilet, bidet and window.
The apartment is located 10 minutes walk from the beaches of Petite Afrique, and the port of Beaulieu sur mer where there are many restaurants.
The city centre and the market place are 400 metres away, you will find there: bakery, bank, grocery store, supermarket, tobacco, shops...
Transport level: train station and bus stop less than 10 minutes on foot.
Parking on the public road, no parking space assigned to the apartment or building.
Possibility to take a weekly subscription for €20.
Late arrival possible on request with additional charge

Please note this apartment is on the 2nd floor and there is no lift and no carpark. However there is plenty of spaces for metre parking. Car is not essential as the flat is very close to bus stops and trains.
