Apartment of 54m2 composed of a bright living room with sofa bed, TV and dining area; an equipped kitchen; and a bedroom with 2 single beds. All these rooms give access to the balcony offering its panoramic view of the sea, the Principality of Monaco and Italy, from where you can sip a drink while admiring the sunset.
A bathroom with bathtub and washing machine will also be at your disposal as well as separate toilets.
You will have Wi-Fi to consult the internet without any heass.
Bed linen and towels are provided.
The bed will already be made when you arrive.
Cleaning is done after each stay.
Possibility to rent baby equipment (on request with supplement).
The apartment has an assigned parking space in the basement.
Access to the apartment by the elevator of the building.
Bus stop to get to Nice (30mn) or to the centre of Monaco and Menton, very close. Access to Marquet beach is 600m away and is accessible on foot by stairs (ascent to be expected).
Shops nearby (pharmacy, supermarket, bakery, hairdresser...) - less than 3min by car.
Late arrival possible on request with additional charge

- from 10pm to 11pm: €50
- from 11pm to 12am: €80
- from 00h to 1h: 100€
